It depends on the service and your goals. Job Search Mentorship can range from a single focused session, such as interview preparation, to a 4–6 week package. Career Coaching typically involves 6 to 10 sessions, depending on the depth of the career transition you're navigating.

We'll discuss what feels realistic and helpful during your discovery call, and you're never committed to more sessions than make sense for your goals.

Yes. Many employers in the Netherlands offer personal development, learning or career transition budgets (e.g., transitievergoeding) that can be used for coaching or mentorship.

An invoice suitable for reimbursement can be provided, and if you're unsure whether your company offers this benefit, it's worth checking with your manager or HR department. I'm happy to advise on how to approach the conversation with your employer if needed.

AI is a useful tool that can complement career coaching and mentorship. However, our working sessions are the ones that create clarity, confidence and momentum. Most of what changes in coaching or mentorship comes from being seen, challenged and supported by someone paying real attention.
